as the cunning Cynthia, ex-girlfriend and
mother to Stewart's (Malik Yoba)
daughter. Trisha also shared the
stage with Stephanie Mills, Tommy Ford,
and singer Tony Terry. The

In this play written and directed by Roy
Fegan (Five Heart Beats) Trish Mann played
opposite Hawthorne James (Five Heart
Beats) as Linda, his abused and
handicapped wife, bound to a
wheelchair.

Standing in for Michele Mais,
we hear that Trisha had just two weeks to
learn the entire script, master all of the
songs, and even get the dance moves

THE VISIT

Seen here is the talented actor Al Garrett
who portrayed Trisha's childhood
sweetheart in this jail scene from The
Visit - a Kosmond Russell production -
directed by Harry Lennox (The Five Heart
Beats and The Matrix 2). The
Visit is now a movie, starring Rae
Dawn Chong, and Billy Dee Williams. The

GREAT WOMEN OF COLOR
(March, July 1998)
This was Trisha's very first
play after arriving to L.A. She
portrayed the very intimidating civil
rights activist Ida B. Wells.
Drama-Logue stated her performance
as "Anger Personified" .
